postedby.ai is an AI content-publishing service for small businesses that want to be cited by Google and by AI answer engines. It builds a Champion, described as a voice built from the owner’s expertise that writes everything and sounds like the business rather than generic AI. Each week it picks topics from Google Search Console queries where the business ranks on page two and turns them into a coordinated set of posts for Google Business Profile, LinkedIn and Facebook, plus a personal Thursday email to the owner’s contacts, with WordPress auto-publishing and an Authority Library of articles on the top plan.
The site says every post is graded before it ships against six criteria (hook, platform fit, call to action, voice consistency, takeaway value and local relevance), and that on the Authority plan articles publish only at a score of 85 or more, with weaker drafts rewritten. It does not say whether the grading is automated or done by a person, no model is named, and the pages reviewed name no customers, only live examples on its blog. Content is published under the business’s own name in an AI-built voice and emailed to its contacts, so read what goes out and disclose AI use where customers or platforms expect it. Claims such as Google indexing within two days are the vendor’s own.
Pricing is monthly with no contract. Starter is $197 a month at launch pricing, against a regular $397. Ascent is $597 at a charter rate, regular $697, and Authority is $797 at a charter rate, regular $997. Every plan includes Google Business Profile posting and email outreach, and higher tiers add more articles a week and more social channels. The operator’s listed address is in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
