Bugster is a developer-tools startup founded in 2023 by two friends who grew up together in Córdoba, Argentina, with further development happening in Australia. The company built the product to help engineering teams without a dedicated QA function ship software with less manual test maintenance.
Rather than requiring engineers to write and maintain test scripts, Bugster captures user interactions inside an application, generates end-to-end test suites from those flows, and adapts the tests automatically when the underlying UI changes, aiming to eliminate the flaky, constantly-breaking tests that come with traditional automation frameworks. Tests run in real browsers on every pull request through a GitHub integration, with natural-language test creation available for flows the AI has not already captured.
Bugster fits small development teams and indie developers who want CI-integrated test coverage without hiring dedicated QA engineers. The free tier covers 100 end-to-end test runs a month on one repository, an indie plan runs $20 a month, and a team plan runs $99 a month, both scaling capacity and features upward.
