Arini builds an AI receptionist that answers phone calls, texts, and books appointments for dental practices, aiming at the front-desk bottleneck where practices miss a fifth to a third of inbound calls. Founded in 2024 by Abdul Jamjoom and Rami Rustom, the San Francisco company went through Y Combinator's Winter 2024 batch.
The system picks up calls around the clock, handles scheduling and rescheduling, and answers routine patient questions without a human at the front desk, while staying HIPAA compliant with role-based data access. It integrates with practice management software so bookings sync back into the systems dental offices already run.
Dental service organizations, group practices, and solo offices across the US and Canada make up its customer base. Pricing is not published; practices work with Arini's sales team to get a quote based on call volume and configuration.
