Calendly is the scheduling tool most people know for eliminating the back-and-forth of finding a time, and it has deliberately widened into handling the work surrounding a meeting rather than only the booking.
Callie is the AI assistant, currently in beta. A notetaker produces meeting recaps and action items, which is the higher-value half – a meeting whose decisions are never written down effectively did not happen, and that write-up is the step everyone skips. Contacts adds relationship management, and payments allow booking to collect money at the same time, closing the loop for consultants and anyone selling time.
The free tier remains genuinely usable for individual scheduling, with paid tiers adding multiple event types, integrations and team routing. Callie being in beta is worth noting when evaluating – judge the product on scheduling and notetaking today, and treat the assistant as developing.
