HONO is an enterprise human capital management system that replaces menu-heavy HR software with a conversation. Its flagship is described as a headless, zero-UI HRMS, in which an agentic layer called ERA lets employees and HR staff ask for something and have it done.
Modules cover workforce management, leave and attendance, employee separation, payroll, travel and expense, compensation, talent management, recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning, succession planning, engagement, pulse surveys, a helpdesk chatbot and business intelligence. A Smart Hiring product uses 12 AI agents to screen, rank, schedule and onboard from requisition to day one, and a separate model predicts absenteeism.
The vendor says 300+ enterprises in 50+ countries use it, a figure that is not independently verified. Sales are through demos and the site lists regional and industry pages for retail, banking, hospitality and manufacturing, plus free utilities such as a resume analyzer and an offer letter generator.
The details on this page come from HONO’s own website, read on 7 October 2026. Plans, limits and features change, so confirm the current terms on the vendor’s site before you pay.
