Leah is the new name of ContractPodAi, a contract lifecycle management vendor. The site now presents it as an agentic AI platform that joins contract management, legal operations and source-to-pay automation in one system. It is sold to large enterprises, and the footer names ContractPod Technologies Limited as the company behind it.
The platform is organized around Leah Agentic OS, an orchestration layer that routes work to the right agent with the right context. On top of it sit four product areas. Leah Contracting covers drafting, redlining, negotiation and obligations. Leah Legal handles risk intelligence, compliance and matter management. Leah Procurement covers sourcing, invoice approvals and spend analytics, and Leah Finance covers order-to-cash and spend controls. Leah Agentic CLM automates contract intake, review, approvals, e-signature, repository and renewals, with playbook-driven redlining in Microsoft Word and connections to DocuSign and Adobe Sign. An Agentic App Builder lets customers compose their own agents and workflows.
There is no public pricing; the site has a demo request form. The company says it has been named a Gartner CLM Visionary five times. Buyers moving from the older ContractPodAi product should ask how existing contracts and workflows carry over to the agent-based platform.
