Mnemonic AI is a marketing intelligence platform from a Texas company founded in 2019 by Eliot Knepper, a former chief marketing officer, and Phil Wennker, a machine-learning research scientist. Data Hub connects marketing and sales apps through OAuth to build a single customer view with cleaned, deduplicated profiles. AI Personas generates buyer personas from a business’s own data, with OCEAN personality insights and audience segments. Digital Twin is a custom model of a brand’s customers that marketers question in plain language and use to test messaging and pricing before launch, built from brand documents and connected apps. Digital Panel rebuilds completed interviews, surveys and focus groups into a queryable panel of AI twins of the original participants, and a Marketing Analytics module completes the platform.
Treat the figures as the vendor’s own. The homepage names customers such as Yamaha, Siemens, PwC and Sixt and quotes a 275% ROAS increase, and the Digital Twin page claims 27% higher average order value and 19% higher conversion, with no methods shown. The Digital Panel page is more careful: it claims 89% of a human accuracy ceiling on a public benchmark, says panel fidelity is a property of your study, and says it is not a substitute for human research when a decision cannot be reversed. An AI persona or twin is a model’s inference from the material it is given, not a sample of real customers, so check its answers against live campaign results. Personality modelling of customers raises privacy and consent questions, and the pages reviewed state only that data is connected through OAuth, never used to train external models and encrypted in transit, with stricter security, data-residency and SSO handled in enterprise deals.
The pricing page lists starting points and says every client is priced on data volume and velocity: Data Hub from $350, AI Personas from $950 and Digital Twin from $4,950. It does not say whether those figures are monthly or annual, so the starting price here is left blank, and no free plan or trial is listed. The Digital Panel page prices a two-week pilot with six-month panel access from $6,000. The site also has a two-minute product tour and strategy calls, and its copyright line reads 2025.
