New Relic is an observability platform, founded in 2008, that brings monitoring of applications, infrastructure, digital experiences and AI systems into one view. Its stated goal is to resolve issues at scale before they affect a business, and its customers named on the site include Domino’s, Verizon, Atlassian, Toyota and Shutterstock.
Four AI features are named. New Relic AI is a context-aware observability assistant, AIOps applies predictive analytics to head off incidents before users are affected, and New Relic Autopilot automates detection, investigation and resolution of issues. AI and agentic monitoring tracks interactions with AI models and token usage, so teams can watch their own AI applications.
The Free plan costs $0 and includes 100 GB of data ingest a month and one full platform user. Standard charges $10 for the first full user and $99 for each additional user, up to five. Pro costs $349 per user on annual billing or $418.80 monthly, with unlimited full users, and Enterprise is custom-priced with FedRAMP and HIPAA eligibility. Data beyond 100 GB costs $0.40 per GB.
