Overview

Prezi generates a designed presentation from a prompt or an uploaded PPTX, PDF or DOCX, then lets you refine it by asking rather than by editing slides. Output can be conventional slides or Prezi’s own zooming format, and brand colours, fonts and logos are applied automatically.

Conversational refinement is a better fit for presentation work than the slide editor everyone has used for thirty years. Most changes people want are described in a sentence, and translating that sentence into a sequence of clicks is the part that consumes an afternoon. The generation model is trained on the company’s own corpus of real presentations, which is an unusual asset to have.

Prezi Inc. names Cisco, Salesforce, Airbus, Sony and BMW among its customers, and you can start free without a card. Tier prices render client-side so they cannot be compared beforehand, the zooming format is divisive and induces motion sickness in some audiences, and a generated deck still needs the argument you are actually making to be put into it.
