Product Monkey converts product design and wireframe images into draft product requirement documents (PRDs) and engineering task tickets. A user uploads up to 10 image files (JPEG, PNG or TIFF) that represent a user flow, or gives a Figma page URL, and the tool generates drafts with a title, detailed description, acceptance criteria, user stories and tags. The drafts can be edited, saved and shared with teammates for feedback, and are then copied into Jira or another project-management tool by hand; the pages reviewed describe no direct integration. The site does not name the AI model it uses.
Privacy is a headline point. The site says enterprise data is private and never used to train models, that users can delete their data after use, that data is encrypted on AWS, and that the service is SOC 2-aligned, with a data processing agreement on request. SOC 2-aligned is not the same as holding a completed SOC 2 report, so ask which applies before uploading confidential designs. Because the input is design images, the output is only as complete as the screens supplied, so check that generated acceptance criteria match the intended behaviour before handing tickets to engineers.
