Overview

Sensay handles the offboarding interview. Sophia, its AI interviewer, talks to a departing employee by voice to draw out the knowledge that never made it into documentation, then organises it so the remaining team can query it from Slack or Teams, or generate documents from it.

Departures are when organisations discover what one person was quietly holding together. Exit interviews focus on why someone is leaving; almost nobody systematically extracts what they knew, and the two-week notice period is the last moment it exists anywhere. Voice is the right medium: someone will talk for an hour about how a process really works and will not write it down.

More than 200 organisations use it, with role-based access, AES-256 encryption and a claimed two-day setup. Pricing is not published. The quoted 95 percent knowledge retention and 3x ROI figures are the company’s own, a departing employee has limited incentive to be thorough, and tacit knowledge is called tacit because much of it does not survive being spoken aloud.
