Tonkean orchestrates enterprise processes in procurement, legal, IT and HR: purchase order creation, supplier analysis, contract drafting and invoice processing, run by agents across 250-plus connected applications including Coupa and SAP. AI Front Door is the intake point that routes an incoming request to the right process, and Contracts Hub handles contract management.
The front door is the part that addresses why these programmes fail. Procurement and legal teams do not lose time on the process itself so much as on requests arriving in the wrong place, in the wrong format, from people who do not know which process they need. Intake is where the delay actually accumulates.
Lenovo, Google, Workday and Royal Caribbean are named customers, and the company announces on its own site that it has been acquired by Coupa, which is worth knowing given Coupa is also one of its integrations. No pricing is published, orchestration platforms need process ownership inside the business to succeed, and an acquisition raises the usual questions about roadmap independence.
