Voiser is an AI voice platform from Voiser Teknoloji Ltd. Sti. of Turkey. It began as a text-to-speech and speech-to-text service at voiser.net and has launched voiser.ai as its renewed international platform. The newer site groups text to speech, speech to text, AI video, dubbing, voice cloning, simultaneous interpretation and mobile apps, and lists voices in 140 languages and dialects. The older Turkish site describes voiceover in 75+ languages with 800 HD voices and 40+ voices that can speak any language, and transcription in 71 languages and 135 dialects with a text editor, timestamps, keyword detection, YouTube-link transcription, subtitle translation into 129 languages, export to SRT, DOCX, XLSX and TXT, and API access.
Treat the marketing with care. The voiser.ai homepage says it empowers millions of creators while also saying it is trusted by 2000+ brands, and its customer quotes use names that are common in design templates, such as Wade Warren and Jenny Wilson, so ignore them; the pricing page quotes organisations that cannot be checked. Voice cloning is sold on the Pro and Enterprise plans, and the pages reviewed describe no consent check for cloned voices, so clone only voices you have permission to use and disclose synthetic speech where audiences would expect it. Personal data is handled under Turkish KVKK rules.
voiser.ai lists Starter at $4 a month for 30,000 characters, with 43 emotional voices, 53 ultra-high-definition voices, AI translation, unlimited downloads and a personal licence. Pro is $19 a month from 70,000 characters, with 192 kbps audio, custom voice cloning, API access, 20,000 characters per conversion, three editors and a business licence. Enterprise is by offer, with professional voice cloning, unlimited characters and seats, and on-premise installation. The older voiser.net priced voiceover at $5 a month for 30,000 characters and transcription from $2 for 30 minutes, and lists a small free tier of 50 characters of voiceover and 5 minutes of transcription.
