Zoomin manages unstructured enterprise knowledge: documentation portals, in-product help, a ServiceNow integration and Unified Knowledge pulling content from wherever it lives, with analytics on what people actually search for and read.
Unifying the sources is the prerequisite everyone skips. Product knowledge sits in a documentation site, a community forum, release notes, support macros and a wiki, each maintained by different people and contradicting the others in places, and an AI agent pointed at that estate confidently repeats whichever version it found. Analytics on search behaviour is the other half: it shows which questions the documentation is failing to answer.
Zoomin was acquired by Salesforce on 1 November 2024, stated in its own announcement, and serves customer success, support, experience and documentation teams. No pricing is published. Unifying knowledge means confronting the contradictions between sources rather than merging them away, self-service deflection depends on documentation quality the platform cannot fix, and an acquisition raises the usual questions about independent roadmap.
