Agiloft is contract lifecycle management software for legal, procurement, finance and sales teams. It covers a contract from request through negotiation, signature and renewal, and the company describes its approach as data-first, meaning contract terms are stored as structured data that other systems can use. An Integration Hub connects it to Salesforce, SAP, Oracle and more than 1,000 other systems, with e-signature through DocuSign and Adobe Sign.
Its AI product is Astra, a contracts AI platform that answers questions about agreements and applies a team’s own standards before and after signature. AI extraction works with advanced search to surface the terms, risks and obligations in a contract. A feature called Autonomous Action adds configurable agents that review, negotiate and onboard contracts, and the company says their outputs are auditable and their decisions traceable. Agiloft states that AI is built into the platform and is not an add-on.
