Effy AI is performance management software aimed at companies of roughly 30 to 1,000 employees, with a comparison on its site placing the best fit at 50 to 500. It covers 360 feedback, performance reviews, goals and OKRs, and one-to-ones, and it sells itself on a done-with-you model in which the vendor helps set the system up. The result is individual and company-wide review reports ready to present.
The AI work is mostly on the review side. AI-generated summaries turn raw 360 feedback into action items, and AI helps managers and employees write review content. Reviews carry bias checks and quality nudges, and the insights views include a heatmap and a nine-box grid. Four named AI skills handle set-up tasks: building a career framework, building an onboarding plan for a new hire, documenting an onboarding process and creating HR context files. The product connects to Slack, Claude and ChatGPT.
A free plan covers up to 5 users with no time limit. On the US pricing page 360 Reviews is $3 per seat a month billed annually for one review per user a year, or $6 for multiple reviews, and Goals and OKRs is $2 per seat a month, with a worked example of $1,800 a year for 50 seats. The company’s claims about setup time and customer counts are its own.
