Engageware sells customer engagement software to regulated industries, with financial services and telecom named on its site. Aivo, a conversational AI company, is now part of it: the Aivo domain leads to Engageware, and the Aivo Suite is the platform’s main product group. The company says the platform has orchestrated a billion AI interactions and scheduled 1.5 billion appointments.
The Aivo Suite has six parts. AgentBot is the conversational AI that answers customers in chat. Voice covers AI-powered phone experiences, Live hands conversations to human staff, Engage runs outbound digital campaigns, Studio is where teams design and manage the AI experiences, and Help gives AI-assisted answers. On top of these, AI customer agents run workflow-driven tasks under business rules, with policy guardrails, audit trails and a human in the loop. The wider platform adds appointment scheduling across channels, including a Salesforce-embedded version and lobby management for branches, plus knowledge management for employees and WhatsApp messaging.
No pricing is published, and sales start with a conversation with the company. The governance features are the main selling point for banks, so buyers should ask to see the audit trail and approval steps in a live demo.
