Maket is a design tool for houses and apartments. A user describes the home they want and Maket generates floor plan options, which can then be changed by typing instructions in plain language until the layout fits. It is used by homeowners planning a project and by designers, builders and real estate professionals working for clients.
The AI floor plan generator produces single-floor plans on the free tier and multi-floor plans on paid tiers. An existing plan can be uploaded as an image or PDF and converted into an editable project. Styles can be applied from a library or from the user’s own reference images, renders show how rooms would look, and the design can be explored in 3D. Plans export as PDF and DXF files. Maket states that a qualified professional should review any design against local building rules before construction or permitting.
Usage runs on credits: a floor plan generation or upload costs 20, a render 10 and an optimization 5. The Free plan gives 30 one-time credits with no card. On the US pricing page Homeowner is $20 a month with 300 credits and Pro is $100 a month with 3,000 credits. Scale is custom, and top-up packs do not expire.
