Overview

Site24x7 is a cloud monitoring platform from ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corp. It watches websites, servers, applications, networks, logs and cloud costs from one console, with synthetic checks from global locations and real user monitoring. The company says more than 13,000 customers use it, and the homepage now leads with AI-powered monitoring.

Its AIOps features follow four stages. Detect covers anomaly detection, which learns the normal behavior of each monitor so teams stop tuning thresholds by hand, plus forecasting from Zia, the Zoho assistant, to show where response time and traffic are heading. Group uses causal AI event correlation and Smart Groups to turn a flood of related alerts into one problem. Analyze adds generative AI through Zia to explain an incident, and Resolve runs IT and workflow automation, with Zia Agents acting on defined fixes.

A free forever plan monitors the uptime of up to 50 resources. On the US pricing page the Web Uptime and Infrastructure Lite plans are $10 a month or $9 a month paid annually, Web Perf is $39 or $36, and the Professional all-in-one plan is $49 or $42, with add-ons for more monitors. Enterprise and MSP plans are quoted, and paid plans have a 30-day free trial.
