Loxo is recruiting software for agencies, executive search firms, in-house teams and RPO firms. It joins sourcing, a recruiting CRM, an applicant tracking system, outreach and people data in one system of record, and its founder and CEO is Matt Chambers. The company says it has built AI into the product since 2012 and that the platform runs on proprietary AI and a talent graph of 850 million people, adding that it is not a GPT wrapper on rented data. Those statements are the company’s own.
The AI is presented as a set of agents. Data Agents keep the database clean and current, and Sourcing Agents include Longlist and Shortlist agents. A Candidate Submittal Agent drafts candidate summaries for clients, a Job Description Agent builds a skills profile that drives the job description, and a Contact Info Finding Agent retrieves phone numbers and emails. An AI Notetaker captures interview notes and syncs them, and an Agent Impact Center shows AI activity as it happens. Natural-language search, AI recommendations, Loxo AI Chat, Loxo Outreach GPT and an MCP server round out the AI features.
On the US pricing page Core starts at $149 per user a month billed annually and includes natural-language AI search, unlimited jobs and candidates, pipelines and reporting.
