The platform joins Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Slack huddles to record and transcribe meetings, then generates structured notes, action items, and a draft follow-up email without manual prompting, and can log the same data straight into HubSpot, Notion, or Google Docs. It also supports in-person conversations recorded from a phone, and a searchable library makes every past meeting queryable later.
Circleback suits individuals and teams who want meeting output to land directly in the tools they already use rather than living in a separate notes app. A free tier lets users try the core recording and note-taking features; paid plans start at $20.83 a month for individuals and $25 per user a month for teams, with custom Enterprise pricing for larger organizations.
