Dust is a workspace where teams build AI agents and use them together. An agent is given instructions, access to chosen company data and a set of tools, and colleagues can then call it from a shared conversation, much as they would mention a teammate. The company calls this multiplayer AI, and says more than 3,000 organizations run on it with over 300,000 agents deployed.
Agents draw on company context through more than 70 connectors, including Slack, Notion, Google Drive, GitHub, Salesforce and Zendesk. Each agent can run on a different model, chosen from over 20 frontier and open-source models by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral and others. Multi-agent workflows can run on schedules and triggers, and a developer API covers conversations and data sources. Governance is built in: permissions for data, tools and agents, audit logs, analytics, single sign-on and user provisioning. Dust is SOC 2 Type II certified and has data residency in the US or EU.
