Lumin is a cloud document platform from Lumin PDF Corporation in San Francisco. It combines a PDF editor, eSignatures and agreement tools, with apps for web, iOS, Android, Mac and Windows and offline support on mobile. It connects to Google Workspace, Slack, OneDrive, Dropbox, Salesforce and HubSpot, and has an eSign API. The site says more than 63 million professionals use it.
Lumin AI works in three modes named on its page: Generate, Analyze and Edit. It turns a prompt into a contract template, answers questions about a document, pulls out clauses and key terms, summarizes long reports and proposals, and refines wording. AgreementGen is the drafting product, with generators for NDAs, leases, employment contracts, operating agreements and terms and conditions. The Lumin AI page also invites users to join a pilot for features before launch, and it names no underlying model.
On the US pricing page the Free plan costs $0 and annotates up to 3 documents. Starter is $9 a month for 10 documents, Pro is $19 a month per team for 200 documents and 5 agreements, and Business is $99 a month per team with access controls and connectors. Enterprise is quoted by sales, and paid plans have a 7-day free trial.
