Qwilr is proposal software for sales teams. Instead of a static PDF, a salesperson sends a web page that holds the quote, the pricing, embedded video and an ROI calculator, and the buyer can accept, sign and pay inside it. Analytics and notifications show when a buyer opens or revisits a page, and the product connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, QuickBooks, Slack, Stripe and Zapier. It also has an API and a library of templates.
The AI work sits around the proposal builder. The AI Proposal Creator turns a website URL into a ready-to-use proposal template. The Smart Proposal Engine generates personalized proposals from rules a team sets, and AI Prefill is a feature of the Scale plan. A Qwilr MCP server lets people work in Qwilr from inside their AI tool of choice. These are additions to a proposal product, not the whole product, so judge it on proposals first.
Pricing is shown in US dollars. Starter is $35 per user a month on annual billing with e-sign, analytics, QwilrPay, integrations with HubSpot, Zoho and Pipedrive, and MCP access. Growth starts at $275 a month with five users, and Scale starts at $750 a month with ten users and adds Salesforce, conditional content, the Smart Proposal Engine and AI Prefill. Growth and Scale are billed annually only, extra users cost $35 to $75 each, and API use carries separate usage costs. A 14-day free trial needs no credit card.
