It lets organizations build surveys, forms and quizzes from more than 400 templates and collect feedback from employees, customers and audiences, and the company says more than 260,000 organizations use it. Its AI features are an AI Survey Generator, Build with AI for drafting a survey from a prompt, and Analyze with AI plus Thematic Analysis for summarizing open-ended responses. Build with AI is included on the free Basic plan, while Analyze with AI and Thematic Analysis start on the Advantage plan.
Basic is free, with unlimited surveys but 10 questions per survey and limited responses. Standard Monthly costs $149 a month for 1,000 responses a month, Advantage costs $39 a month billed annually at $468 for 15,000 responses a year, and Premier costs $139 a month billed annually at $1,668 for 40,000 responses a year.
