SelfManager.ai organises work around days instead of boards or lists. Each daily workspace holds unlimited tables for tasks, notes, files and comments, with time tracking per task. AI Plan generates an editable task table from a text description of what is coming; AI Review summarises what was completed and where the time went across a week, month or quarter. Voice notes transcribe to text, tables can be shared with teammates, and everything syncs across devices.
Organising by date rather than project is the choice that defines it, and it fits how individual work actually arrives. Project boards assume work belongs to projects; a real day is three projects, an interruption and an errand, and forcing that into columns is why so many people abandon the board and go back to a notebook. A day is the unit a person actually plans in.
AI Review is the more valuable half of the AI pairing. Planning is the part people already do; honestly accounting for where the week went is the part nobody does, and it is the only input that improves the next plan. Marian Sorca founded and runs it, reporting 5,000-plus registered users. Individual is $8 a month or $6 annually, Team is $30 or $25 with unlimited collaborators, both with a seven-day trial and no card. A one-person company is a continuity question on something holding your planning, date-based organisation makes finding a months-old note harder than a project view would, and time tracking only works if you actually run it.
