Hiver turns a shared Gmail inbox into a support desk, adding assignment, status tracking, collaboration and workflow automation without moving the team into a separate application. It has since extended past email into other channels.
Working where the team already works is the whole argument, and it is a stronger one than it sounds. Helpdesk rollouts fail more often on adoption than on features, because asking a team to abandon the mailbox they live in is a bigger change than any comparison table captures.
Pricing is published, from $25 per user a month up to $95, with a free plan and a trial. The constraints follow from the design: it is tied to Google Workspace, per-user pricing climbs quickly with headcount, and staying Gmail-native rules out some things a standalone helpdesk can do.
